Thomas Descheemaekere

After three enriching years as an art director and graphic designer at the Parisian object publisher DCW editions, with whom I still collaborate regularly as a freelancer, I decided to found the graphic design and illustration studio Bureau Mine in 2017 with my colleague.

Bureau Mine is a human-sized, flexible, and responsive multidisciplinary studio. We offer skills in graphic design (visual identity, logo, editorial design, web design) as well as illustration (traditional illustration, vector illustration, motion design).

The typography also holds a very important place in all our projects; it is often the cornerstone on which the design rests, whether for visual identity, editorial design, or web design.

We work with artisans and small businesses (beekeepers, cosmetics, pharmacy) as well as with larger companies or institutions (High Council for Climate, DCW editions, Comodore Lighting, etc.).

I am proficient in the Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD, Animate) and I am used to working quickly, so short deadlines are not a hindrance. I can meet your communication needs with uniqueness, rigor, and consistency, so do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your project.
