Qashflo / C2corner is a French fintech company specializing in financing sales on marketplaces. It allows sellers to be paid the day after shipping their orders (D+1), instead of waiting 20 to 60 days as is often the case.

The offer is aimed at both marketplace sellers and marketplace platforms that wish to retain their sellers by offering them accelerated payment.

Thanks to this solution, Qashflo supports the growth of e-merchants by improving their cash flow, eliminating stockouts, and allowing them to negotiate better with their suppliers.

In direct collaboration with the CEO, I implemented the company's global strategy and its operational structuring.

Key missions:

🔹 Complete deployment of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing & Sales Hub): installation, configuration, pipeline structuring, contact, company, and deal management

🔹 Design and automation of marketing and sales workflows (lead nurturing, scoring, customer onboarding, sales cycle monitoring)

🔹 Implementation of dashboards and reporting for marketing and sales performance management

🔹 Creation and management of a web marketing team (acquisition, content, CRM), with ongoing training in the use of HubSpot

🔹 Training of internal teams (marketing, sales, management) on HubSpot: best practices, processes, adoption, and autonomy

🔹 Development and execution of the digital marketing strategy connected to HubSpot (inbound marketing, multichannel campaigns, performance tracking)
