Managing the company-wide customer loyalty strategy:

- establish a biennial strategy (churn reduction objective)

- manage the anti-churn plan (strategic and operational roadmap)

- coordinate the project team cross-functionally

- produce and communicate monthly reporting

- lead a monthly business review with the Executive Committee
