As part of a vast omnichannel and multi-brand transformation plan, I was able to participate in the implementation of UnitedRetail, as well as the migration of stores to this new base.
The purpose of this new base is to centralize most of the information such as products, stores, or even customers; and this for the different brands of the group.
Thus, we were able to implement interoperable loyalty, allowing Okaidi customers to take advantage of their benefits at Oxybul, for example.

To ensure service between the different systems (old and new), we have set up an ESB (WSO2)

The migration of this information system has allowed us to move and centralize a large part of the functionalities provided by the web platforms of the various brands, such as orders, exchanges with logistics, prevention, marketing actions, etc.

Stores have also been impacted because functionalities have been added, such as the dematerialization of till receipts, consultation of customer accounts in real time, E-reservation, click & collect, ship from store or even order in store.
