• Career Manager: responsible for and coach of about ten consultants throughout their careers within the firm (onboarding, evaluation, staffing, workload/psychosocial risk monitoring, etc.)

• Training Referent: construction of the training roadmap and budget for a department of 300 people, management of the budget and KPIs

• Recruitment activities: school relations and job interviews

• Sales activities: discovery meetings, needs qualification, construction of commercial proposals, management of renewals
