As Offshore Transformation Manager, my mission is to foster the offshore transformation of engineering activities carried out for Safran. With the various Safran companies, construction and sharing of the roadmap, monitoring progress via KPIs, removal of all types of obstacles: IT, skills development, resistance to change.

Development of the Forest Machine concept, a planting vehicle for our forests! It is an ecological, lightweight, and compact 4x4 vehicle, equipped with a hybrid traction system, which can plant about 1500 forest plants per day, over an area of about 1 hectare. Its range is 30 to 40 km. It recharges with energy and plants every evening to start again the next day.

As part of the development of the Citroën Ami and then Mobize Duo, I managed vehicle synthesis:

• Creation, costing, and monitoring of the validation plan

• Management of numerical simulation activities

• Convergence of vehicle performance and regulatory compliance

• Specification and implementation of testing equipment

• Management of physical tests.
