Provided financial consulting services to a French media group (Revenue > €500M), in a demanding environment reporting to senior management (CEO, CFO & COMEX). Managed a strategic mission of asset analysis and optimization, mandated by the Group's Financial Department:

- Daily rate €400 x 20 days per month, for 4 months, renewed for an additional 4 months.

- Cross-functional coordination with financial control teams, daily interaction and weekly reporting to key stakeholders

- Re-evaluation and optimization of current assets and their provisioning in a post-M&A context, with financial statement clean-up

- Support for the CFO in strategic decisions, with direct contribution to cash flow and financial strategy optimization

Supported a start-up project (Made in France) in structuring and optimizing its financial business plan:

- Automation and validation of the Excel model (scenarios, hypothesis refinement, integration of financial analysis tools)

- Correction of anomalies, balance sheet balancing, and re-evaluation of break-even points

- Contribution to identifying financing solutions, preparing bank and fundraising applications, and facilitating discussions with banking partners/investors

Analysis and structuring of financing files (existing and prospective clients), with in-depth analysis of credit risk and financial structuring, in a support role for financing decisions.

Production of high-value-added decision-making deliverables (financing notes ≈30 pages), internal decision support materials, and a reference point in communications with banking partners, with a view to structured recommendations and active contribution to banking sector financing decisions:

- Financial modeling and strategic analysis of the company (business model, governance, market dynamics)

- In-depth analysis of financial statements and development/review of business plans (forecasts, stress tests, profitability)

- Recommendation of optimized financing solutions, based on factual analysis and broad risk assessment
