I've worked for 20 years in sustainability, strategy and innovation focussed roles. I have a proven track record of delivering industry leading environmental and social impact programs that also help drive business growth, relevance and resilience, with a clear retun on investment.

I've worked with numerous world-class companies across consumer goods, retail and technology with senior in-house roles at Innocent Drinks, Kimberly-Clark and most recently FARFETCH - the technology platform for the luxury industry.

I now work with a range of businesses, investors, brands, and change-makers, helping them succeed by integrating sustainability into strategy, innovation and growth.

Advisory: I can support you as an on-going Advisory Board member, or a Fractional Sustainability Officer to ensure you have expert sustainability guidance at a Board and Exec level, without the cost of a full-time position.

Strategy: Sustainability is a big topic - I can help work out where best to focus, how to prioritise what's relevant for your business or brand, and set up clear roadmaps that help deliver value (and meet regulatory requirements). This often involves materiality assessment, value-add or risk based due diligence, understanding where you are vs peers and benchmarks, and goal / milestone setting.

Delivery: I often roll my sleaves up to make strategy a reality - Project managing cross-functional teams to deliver on an objective. Defining, launching or scaling circular business models. Incorporating sustainability into your customer value proposition. Implementing supply chain traceability, transparency and engagement programs. Delivering carbon foot-printing, mitigation and adaptation initiatives, and net-zero transition plans. Partnering with innovators, NGOs, or other businesses to scale change. Meeting investor expectations through impactful ESG reporting.
