I have been practicing in France and internationally for over 20 years on behalf of public and private actors (local authorities, cooperation organizations, NGOs, etc.) in the field of digital transformation and innovation, with expertise in public innovation, digital transformation, data, and smart territories.

My areas of expertise? Owner's representative assistance (AMO) and digital project management (platforms, products, services, strategies). Steering public innovation for transitions. A preference for "doing" and implementing pragmatic and operational strategies and projects, with and for end-users (user-centered approach, service design, agile methods, open innovation).
