Thomas Bancel

A trained engineer, I worked for 5 years in the Web as an entrepreneur and then as an employee at Webedia where I managed 2 websites and a team of 30 people. I can support clients in 2 ways:

> consulting on all digital issues: analytics, e-commerce, webmarketing, project management, SEO, content production, adserver and monetization. I provide the client with my analytical skills, my experience and knowledge of digital as a whole, my ability to manage resources and varied skills.

> software development: I develop in Ruby on Rails. I am able to administer a server and set up a robust infrastructure on various subjects (devOps). Finally, I master the entire data stack (ETL, Storage, Visualization, Exploitation) using various tools such as Postgres, SQL, Python, MetaBase, PowerBi for example, which allows me to participate in data missions.

In terms of availability, I am only available for full-remote missions, up to 2-3 days / week. My way of working is to block 2 half-days per week where I can be available with a lot of responsiveness for calls and exchanges on slack; then to work without calendar constraints the rest of the week, with deliverables every week.
