An oenology lab organizes professional tastings that require collecting samples from dozens of wineries before each session.The problem
The entire logistics revolved around a printed Excel file: a list of wines, follow-ups by phone/email marked with a highlighter, then reprinting and re-checking the list with each sample received, and one last time during preparation. A manual, repetitive, and error-prone process that consumed considerable time before each tasting.What I built
A web platform (Lovable + Supabase + Resend) that takes the initial wine list, automatically sends solicitations to managers and follows up, records and validates sample receipt, and generates the list of received wines in real-time, ready for tasting day. No more printing and manual checking.Result

The company uploads the tender's DCE (Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises) and its key information (site visit report, meeting minutes, team and budget drafts...). The system writes the technical document in 1 hour, with variations adapted to different company types (engineering firms, construction SMEs...).Stack
