Mechanical Project Engineer in the company's marine operations department. Development of new internal products for marine and underwater environments, down to depths of 6000m. Adaptation and modification of our vessels to meet client needs. Maritime expertise on industrial products. Marinization, modifications, and improvements to existing products. Management of tests in workshops, pools, hyperbaric chambers, and on board our vessels. Project management, schedule monitoring. Various projects in the industrial, military, and scientific fields... Mechanical design carried out on Solidworks. Dimensioning performed using the theory of strength of materials and the finite element method. Creation of complete drawing packages to ISO standards. Writing of reports, calculation notes, manuals, user guides, maintenance manuals... Creation of realistic 3D renderings. Quality approach and monitoring. Subcontracting management. Direct collaboration with clients.

Industrial valorization of a patent concerning an underwater electrical connection system. My mission was to design and develop connectors capable of equipping offshore installations (hydrokinetic, wind turbines, etc.) within the framework of a partnership between CNRS/EDF/COMEX/SUBSEATECH through an FUI (Unique Interministerial Fund) project. It also involved overcoming a technological barrier concerning high-voltage underwater connections (24 kV - 250A). Design carried out on CATIA V5 and mechanical dimensioning performed with ANSYS. Creation of ISO drawings, subcontracting management, prototype creation, participation in and management of tests in workshops, pools, and at sea. The product was subsequently tested in an EDF laboratory, leading to European qualification.
