Main tasks:

Product Owner: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement the solution based on "Service Now". Draft functional specifications and validate developed features. Lead workshops with business departments to work on the target process and ensure business departments are fully involved in decisions and informed of project updates. Lead workshops with the IT team to build the target process. Communicate and educate on technical topics. Regularly communicate project progress through the Sponsor committee. Prepare progress reports and organize meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback. Identify potential technical obstacles related to the multiplicity of clients and the complexity of the project. Propose solutions and ensure the smooth running of the project. Continuously document decisions made and produce deliverables detailing the process, functional and non-functional requirements.

Objectives: Responsible for the IT requirement stream within the LoanIQ deployment project for the UK, Germany, Hong Kong, and Singapore sites - International LoanIQ Product Owner.

Main tasks:

Product Owner:

Lead several LIQ implementation and modification projects used by credit operations.

Establish and lead a syndicated project governance validated by all project stakeholders (IT, Ops, Management).

Contribute to the construction and updating of the IT roadmap and ensure consistency with the product plan.

Define key project milestones and deliverables, syndicated and validated by all project stakeholders.

Monitor the achievement of key project milestones and deliverables and communicate issues and delays.

Be the point of contact with the editor Finastra.

Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and formalizing functional needs for communication to IT teams.

Be responsible for prioritizing product elements (scope, features, localizations) based on rational elements and in agreement with the relevant stakeholders (users, IT, Management).

Be responsible for the analysis, formalization, syndication, and validation of product impacts on operational processes with the Process Owner and regional or local Operations Managers.

LIQ EMEA Deployment:

Draft business requirements to communicate needs to IT teams.

Monitor development and UAT testing.

Report project progress to sponsors.

Result: LoanIQ deployment for UK and German sites.

Objectives: Lead and coordinate with various international teams (Kondor+/OMR/LoanIQ) for the project of replacing IBOR rates with risk-free rates (RFR).

Main tasks:

Lead Steering Committee/Working Group meetings.

Report project progress to the sponsor.

Participate in the project framing stage.

Estimate and track the budget.

Cross-functional coordination and international project progress monitoring.

Draft Business Requirements.

Implement a testing strategy.

Monitor evolution with the LIQ editor.

Support/Train users in understanding contracts with new rates and the change in each system (LoanIQ, Vendome, Kondor+, OMR) with new rates.

Result: Deployment of IBOR changes requested by regulators in each system (Vendôme/OMR/Kondor+/LoanIQ).
