Steering of the Corrosion Under Stress (CSC) project for the French nuclear power plant: coordination of multidisciplinary teams, particularly on topics of manufacturing control, industrial quality monitoring, Non-Destructive Testing. Steering of major maintenance and Directorate projects for the Operating Plant, focusing on piping, valves, waste-deconstruction: ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines to meet the technical and financial challenges of these projects. Preparation and animation of steering committees; reporting for decision-making bodies. Coordination of interfaces with the Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN) and monitoring of regulatory compliance of deliverables. Field experience: site monitoring, contractor management, and on-call duty 2x8 at the Blayais nuclear power plant.

Steering of equipment modifications – Full Outage Project Number 1: monitoring technical activities (EVU pump, Fire Hydrant, Control-Command), cost and deadline control. Drafting of deliverables and risk analyses for each portfolio. Management of a pump contract worth €3 million. Management of documentary lots (PLD) – Pre-startup modifications: analysis of the impact of modifications on general operating rules. Drafting of the first reference state of the Authorization to Commissioning Dossier to ensure the documentary consistency of the plant.

Carrying out probabilistic safety assessments on critical components. Contribution to the evaluation of nuclear risks and preparation of reports for the Finnish safety authority.
