Responsible for personnel safety, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of site infrastructure (building, equipment, materials) with a focus on cost optimization, creating a work environment aligned with employee needs: 25,000 m² site, managing 110 employees, employee representative bodies, external representation for suppliers, Prefecture, SDIS (Fire Department), Project Owner. Defined and monitored maintenance plans, planned and supervised interventions, enforced hygiene, maintenance, and safety rules. Ensured technological and regulatory watch for installations and the building. Planned and supervised safety operations (team training, fire drills, certifications, etc.). Managed the general expenses P&L (€2M per year), budget forecasting, invoicing, contract monitoring, and procurement of services. Internal representative for company warehouse safety audits as Project Owner for several installation projects including relamping, sprinkler systems, fire safety systems, video surveillance, pallet racking, loading docks, and mechanization, with administrative follow-up (coordination of external stakeholders, scheduling, needs validation, site meetings, operational continuity during works).
