Within the Industrial Projects Unit, directly linked to the Industrial Director of the Pochet du Courval group's Flaconnage division, I play the role of business project manager in the context of the implementation of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution from a publisher specializing in glassware. On the scope of the hot glass factory, the solution implemented covers the Quality, Labo Tri, Production (Manufacturing and Sorting), Molding sectors and offers steering tools for managers. My very diverse activities allow me to use all the skills acquired during my past experiences:

- Project governance: COPIL, COPROs and steering of Key Users

- Studies of existing business processes vs impact of the implementation of the MES solution

- Writing of expression of needs for specific developments

- Participation in business receipts of specific developments

- Liaison between internal technical stakeholders (Technical Dir. & DSI) and external (MES Publisher)

- Support to UCs for the writing of training materials

- Definition of training strategy and deployment of the MES solution

- Participation in field support

Consulting mission for a client of Redsen Consulting wishing a deliverable describing the target IT architecture allowing him to operate his new digital strategy:

• Study and mapping of the existing

• Target IT architecture

• Risks (benefits and threats)

• Future projects

- Entity of the Deloitte network, specializing in payroll management for SMEs and large companies.

- Company certified ISAE3402 and ISO27001.

- Monitoring of the technical implementation of the GDPR.

- Supervision and management of a team of six developers, a support & operations resource and an assistant.

- Planning and monitoring of developments by version cycle (3 months) or urgently.

- Writing of technical specifications.

- Responsible for deliveries.

- Participation in the product roadmap.

- Provision of monthly metrics of the service's activity to Management.
