I master the challenges of consulting and the requirement of integrating management solutions in synergy with the managerial support of numerous collaborators.

I have held positions as IS Director, consultant, organization and service management, being responsible, in profit and loss mode, for my department.

All these experiences are based on the management of large projects and the management of issues related to the types of activities and their specificities.

For example, I take one of my experiences, that of Service Director at Anker-system in Cergy Pontoise. The construction of a Client service offer was based on different professions by taking up a series of processes and methods specific to the company but also by integrating our partners on evolving models. Retail - Hospitality required us to personalize Service contracts in order to manage major distribution accounts in France and Morocco. These services were supervised by my teams of consultants via a Total Quality organization.

Another example is the creation "from scratch" of the Cofidis information system in Belgium. For 13 years, I created and implemented, as Attorney and IS Director, credit solutions.

Since 2010, I have specialized in business transformation and supporting digital startups to create Value. I develop collaborative work, through collective creativity, and a most positive leadership in supporting the development of collaborations, in transversal mode, and Human Capital. This dynamic spiral of change, in Agile and UX mode, allows me to bring together by promoting autonomous motivation and decision-making based on Customer experience.

I am currently looking for a new mission and I have total geographic mobility.
