My presentation pitch:

With over 18 years of experience, including 14 in project management and leadership, I have acquired solid operational skills in all IT project phases (pre-projects, scoping, consultation process support, pre-sales, requirements gathering and formalization, functional specification writing, multidisciplinary IT / IT Development / Business IT steering).

I fully assume responsibility and leadership for my projects, in all their dimensions (strategic, risk, commercial, financial, human, legal, and organizational).

My cross-functional technological knowledge in BI / Dataviz / DataScience and Big Data enables me to successfully carry out audit and scoping missions in the selection of new solutions.

As a transition manager, I am also capable of either managing the transition phase of an outgoing service manager or supporting future service managers in their skill development.

My multiple experiences demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to new functional and technical domains.

Finally, my interpersonal skills make me a very good communicator, comfortable in both integrator and client steering committees.
