Mirage manufactures solid wood flooring and sells through a network of distributors. The problem: buyers arrived at stores without enough information, which lengthened the sales process and generated few opportunities for distributors.

What I built:

An AI sales assistant integrated into Mirage's website that:

Identifies the buyer's profile through targeted questions

Personalizes the experience based on their answers and project

Recommends products from Mirage's flooring catalog

Generates links to product pages and the dealer locator (with pre-filled postal code)

Sends a summary of the conversation to the store salesperson via email

Works in French and English

Technology: n8n for orchestration, LLM for conversational layer, website chat widget, product database.

The result: More informed buyers arrive at the store with a concrete recommendation — less qualification time, more closes.

B2B SMEs that receive orders by email waste time manually processing attached documents — PDFs, Excel, CSV, Word. Each manual entry is a source of errors and delays.

What I built:

A production application that:

Receives emails with attached orders (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, DOC)

Automatically extracts and structures order data

Creates draft orders directly in Shopify, Odoo, and Katana — without human intervention

Available on the Shopify App Store and in the Katana MRP integration catalog.

The result: The customer's order arrives by email and appears as a draft in the ERP in seconds. No rewriting anything by hand.

CTO role in a growing scale-up. Key responsibilities:

Definition and evolution of technical architecture

Integration of operational systems (ERP, commerce platforms, management tools)

Oversight of product development and operations automation workflows

Mentoring the technical team on architecture decisions and prioritization

Bridge between business operational needs and technical execution

Working at the intersection of product, operations, and development — ensuring systems scale with the business without becoming a technical burden for internal teams.
