Create a visual identity to market the event.

Layout the invitation (email), masterclass title slides, and chaptering + learning activities

Support and illustrate key messages at certain points of the Masterclass to engage and maintain the attention of FAs with impactful and aesthetic material, following the event's flow.

Design and production of Word documents for Ostrum Asset Management's activity reports.

Expert in digital and print strategies

Responsible for the design and creation of tailor-made communication materials to enhance the visibility and consistency of brands' messages, across both digital and print channels.

Tasks included:

Designing and producing various materials: PowerPoint presentations, institutional Word documents, brochures, product sheets, reports, and other print materials.

Adapting content and visuals to the specific needs of each client, ensuring graphic consistency and quality of layout.

Supporting marketing and communication teams in creating strategic materials for their presentations, tenders, and internal events.

Ensuring visual and editorial consistency between digital and print materials for smooth and professional communication.
