At elinoï, the role of Business Intelligence is to enable elinoï to make a difference by developing the architecture of tools and knowledge adapted to its growth. Main activities:

- : Strategy, selection, and implementation of key data points to track for each team

- ́ : Strategy, definition, prioritization of the company's data needs and associated technologies (preparation of AI topics, external tools...).

- : Strategy and implementation of tools for knowledge sharing among all employees using tools like Notion and setting up pleasant and efficient documentation processes

- : Creation and regular analysis of dashboards for each team (multiple sales, marketing, strategy, development teams...), equivalent to recurring reports

- : Development and analysis of on-demand reports for teams, consulting
