Within the company Omen Universe, I provided full support to the production manager on a self-produced project that won several festival awards: coordination of the shooting team, management of travel and shooting locations, technical and logistical pre-scouting, on-site management needs monitoring, unforeseen issue resolution, and constant operational support to ensure the project's smooth execution from start to finish.

Responsible for the complete organization of the shoot: coordination of a team of about 30 people, management of professional cinema equipment, logistical planning, optimization and monitoring of a predefined budget, team/supplier relations. Direct contribution to the artistic and technical success of the project through post-production.

Conception, production, and direction of two music videos as well as promotional visual content to accompany the release of my self-produced music album. Complete management of the creative process: writing, shooting preparation and planning, art direction, framing, and editing. Budget management, equipment selection, stakeholder coordination, and social media distribution to optimize project visibility.
