This was one of my goals that I thought would be difficult to achieve: working for an NGO that is concretely committed to the future.

I am fortunate to have earned the trust of Waves of Change, who entrusted me with the entire organization of their 2026 forum.

Waves of Change is a non-profit organization whose mission is to make coastal cities and their ecosystems more resilient and sustainable.

Since 2019, our coalition has established itself as a unique multi-stakeholder platform to address key issues for coastal cities and territories on all continents through 7 verticals (coastal adaptation, water management, waste management & circularity, energy transition, sustainable mobility, biodiversity & public health, sustainable tourism & local communities) and 2 horizontals (financing, talents).

Our international forum, held annually in Biarritz, France, is complemented by the year-round activity of our Coastal Cities Impact Facility, a dedicated tool that initiates, facilitates, grows, and finances projects, and various community events.
