Design and development of an AI chatbot solution based on a RAG architecture to help design, CAD, and engineering teams identify, understand, and reuse previously developed SoC / Design IPs.

The objective is to leverage existing technical assets to accelerate new projects, avoid unnecessary redevelopment, and facilitate access to technical information: specifications, integration constraints, dependencies, versions, project histories, and associated documentation.

The solution allows, among other things, to search for existing IPs based on functional or technical criteria, identify reusable IPs for a new project, compare options, and provide contextualized answers from internal sources.

The mission also includes the assisted generation of technical CAD documentation, to produce or pre-fill technical content usable by the teams.

I am involved in the Python development of the solution, automation workflows, integration with internal sources, as well as the secure IP copy infrastructure between repositories and project environments.

I also manage the project's industrialization with a CI/CD pipeline based on Bitbucket and Bamboo, to ensure controlled, traceable, and reproducible deployments.

Technical environment: Python, RAG, LLM, Generative AI, Bitbucket, Bamboo, CI/CD, automation, CAD, SoC Design, IP reuse, technical documentation, secure infrastructure.

In a context of massive cloud migration (5 datacenters, 400+ applications), I was led to:

• Analyze infrastructure: identify needs (servers, network, storage) and suitable AWS services (EC2, RDS, FSx, etc.).

• Plan cloud migration: develop a secure and resilient cloud migration plan, ensuring a seamless transition of on-premise systems to the cloud.

• Automate the deployment of cloud resources, and the installation and configuration of necessary software and databases.

• Migrate data, sometimes massive amounts, using AWS DataSync. Without service interruption thanks to AWS/on-premise synchronization and database clustering.

Following the migrations, I provided support and optimization for Unix systems: proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure post-migration stability. But above all: user support in the new environment.

• Create a new agile Scrum team from scratch, define the missions & objectives of the product to be developed and the project methodologies to adopt.

• Coordinate the identification of needs (users, but also banking control bodies: BCE, IG La Poste), translate them into technical solutions, and oversee development.

• Standardize and automate backups from the delivery of servers and databases, improving reliability and backup deployment rates.

• Design advanced Splunk dashboards for backup monitoring and real-time backup KPI tracking.
