Thibault Lecomte

My name is Thibault Lecomte, born in the 90s in Saumur, in Maine-et-Loire, and since my youngest age, I have been driven by a spirit of initiative and surpassing myself. From the age of 14, I plunged into the professional world through internships, in order to better understand the challenges of work. It was at 18, after an apprenticeship contract as a waiter-bartender at the Casino Machine à Sous de Quiberon, that I really blossomed, while discovering international opportunities.

My thirst for discovery then led me to Oceania, where I perfected my English while working in various trades. More than 16,000 km from home, far from my family, I found a new dimension of my personality: a taste for entrepreneurship and a constant desire to push my limits.

Since then, my travels have allowed me to explore more than 15 countries, while alternating work and discoveries. I then enriched my career by completing several seasons in the mountains in winter and on the beach in summer, for five years. In the midst of the health crisis, I co-founded a startup dedicated to seasonal recruitment with two partners, while carrying out various missions in the CHR sector. Finally, it was quite natural that I turned to event management, a field that has always fascinated me and where I fully flourish.

Today, I am looking for new challenges in the event sector, with a strong desire to make the most of my versatile skills, my entrepreneurial spirit and my international experience.
