Independent structural engineer, I assist individuals, architects, and construction companies in the design, renovation, and diagnosis of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel, and wood structures.

I work on both existing buildings and new constructions (individual houses, collective housing, offices...), with a pragmatic approach focused on safety, technical feasibility, and cost optimization.

My most common assignments are structural studies for:

– New constructions (individual houses, collective housing....).

- Extensions of existing buildings (additions, roof extensions...).

– Renovations and rehabilitations (removal of load-bearing walls, creation of openings, underpinning, modification of roof structures...).

– Structural diagnostics: analysis of existing structures, verification of load-bearing capacity, and design of reinforcements if necessary (floor verification for attic conversions, foundation and superstructure verification for roof extensions...).

I produce calculation notes, structural plans (shoring, reinforcement, connections, formwork, rebar...), and technical recommendations, in collaboration with architects, construction companies, engineering firms, or directly with individuals.
