Hired as the first PM, I supported PayFit's hyper-growth for 3 years as Product Director for JetLang, the in-house low-code platform for generating payslips.

My scope

This vertical, both technical and central to the PayFit product (90% of MRR), evolved radically over 3 years:

- Opened to numerous markets (from €50k to €1.5M MRR): industry, retail, hospitality...
- Complete overhaul of the application: redesign of the experience, new graphic charter, migration from Angular to React
- Adaptation of an initially French product to local complexities: 4 countries opened since 2017
- Management of massive client onboarding (from 100 to 3500 clients): UX to rethink, technical optimizations...
- Integration into the low-code platform ecosystem

Skills developed

During this experience, I was particularly involved in:

- Leading a team of 25 people, directly managing 4 PMs whom I recruited
- Strategic management of a unique product (internal users, strong competitive differentiation) and a high-impact technical product for clients
