Design, development, and maintenance of several internal and/or client tools, independently managing all phases: requirements gathering, architecture, development (multi-frameworks), testing, and deployment. Project manager for all the company's digital deliverables.

Infrastructure & Security

Complete administration of the company's infrastructure: servers, network, access, backups. Responsible for GDPR compliance and IT security policy — audits, documentation, procedures, and internal awareness.

Sales & Client Development

Direct prospecting, qualification, and management of commercial relationships. From initial contact to signing, with post-sale client follow-up — a role performed alongside technical responsibilities.

Within a 100-person organization, I held a versatile role at the intersection of software development and infrastructure administration, with significant autonomy and a broad technical scope.

Internal Tools Development

Design and development of several custom business tools using various frameworks (web, scripting, automation), tailored to the company's operational needs. From requirements analysis to deployment, including maintenance and evolution.

Network & Infrastructure Administration

Administration and supervision of the company's network infrastructure: configuration and management of network equipment (switches, routers), deployment and maintenance of firewalls, network segmentation, and access security. Implementation and monitoring of network security policies.

Vendor Management

Management and coordination of external vendors: writing specifications, monitoring interventions, quality control of deliverables, and managing contractual relationships.
