Since 2022, I have been freelancing with SMEs and software publishers, assisting them in the creation, evolution, or modernization of their business applications. I work on projects where technology must serve very concrete objectives: stabilizing existing systems, accelerating development, simplifying aging architecture, or laying solid foundations for a new product.

I specialize in **Blazor, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and pragmatic architectures**, with a strong ability to quickly understand the business, challenge requirements, and propose effective solutions. My strength: almost immediate autonomy, even in complex environments.

As the Lead Windows Developer at SalesApps, I was responsible for the UWP application within a multi-platform architecture. I focused on the stability, evolution, and optimization of the application for sales teams. I improved the architecture, strengthened code quality, and coordinated the Windows roadmap while collaborating with the iOS and Android teams. This experience was valuable for understanding multi-OS constraints and the needs of field applications.

At Mental Works, I led one of the most significant projects of my career for several years: the design and complete development of a strategic business application for the company Janus. This project provided an opportunity to work on architecture, business understanding, team management, and overall project leadership.

I designed a complete business solution from scratch using WPF, .NET API, and SQL Server, covering technician scheduling, intervention management, business workflows, and document generation. The work required deep immersion in the client's processes to optimize, simplify, and transform them into a reliable operational tool.

I also built and managed an internal team of four people: recruitment, training, skill development, code reviews, technical rituals, and daily support. Beyond development, I managed the entire project: internal/external coordination, prioritization, sprint management, technical arbitration, and financial monitoring.

The result was a solution that significantly improved Janus's productivity, reduced operational costs, and provided a more powerful tool than market offerings. The project is still considered a benchmark within the company today.

This experience strengthened my ability to lead a complex project from start to finish: architecture, business understanding, team support, and building truly useful solutions.
