The Pôle des métiers d'art de Nontron occupies the Château de Nontron, a vast 18th-century residence overlooking the Jardins des Arts and the Bandiat valley.
It organizes exhibitions presenting contemporary creations from ancestral know-how: ceramics, stained glass, art woodturning, weaving, mosaic, engraving, copperware, cabinetmaking, etc.
These exhibitions emphasize the diversity and creativity of the crafts.
