As part of a 3-week assignment, I was commissioned by the Directorate General of Taxes of Cameroon, in collaboration with GIZ, to produce a series of video tutorials to help users (SMEs, large companies, individuals) understand and use the new tax interfaces implemented by the administration.

My role covered the entire production chain:

– Writing educational scripts, simplifying complex tax procedures,

– Screen recording and voice-over, with a clear and accessible tone,

– Video editing and motion design to illustrate the steps,

– Adapting content to the Cameroonian audience: pace, vocabulary, technical constraints,

– Delivering videos in a format optimized for local platforms.

In parallel, I created a unique video tutorial based on OTP guides to centralize explanations for companies and taxpayers. This project required strong adaptability (local environment, tight deadlines, limited equipment), a thorough pedagogical approach, and intercultural sensitivity.

This mission strengthened my experience in international public communication, educational content creation, and audiovisual project management in an African institutional context.

Implementation of comprehensive photography and videography support to enhance the identity of the NOVARC group and its three business units (Safety, Motion Industry, Networks). The objective: to produce content that is technical, human, and impactful for national and European communication.

In photography: creation of corporate portraits, field reports on construction sites and industrial sites, capturing infrastructure and equipment. Building a coherent photo library for use in print, web, and social media.

In video: production of various formats – corporate film, job videos, product tutorials, event recordings. Conception of original formats such as the series “Objects That Speak,” where products are personified to illustrate their usefulness. All designed with a sober, dynamic artistic direction consistent with NOVARC's values.

This project helped to strengthen the group's visibility, highlight its technical expertise, its French roots, and its European reach.
