BDEASY is the student life platform that I designed and developed single-handedly, from the initial prototype to production. Today, the app is used by 12 Student Unions across France and has over 5,000 active users — students who use it daily to track their events, pay for tickets, accumulate loyalty points, and take advantage of discounts from partner merchants in their city.

The project stemmed from an observation: student unions manage their associations using a patchwork of Google Forms, WhatsApp groups, and Excel spreadsheets. BDEASY replaces all of this with a native mobile app (iOS + Android) and an admin back-office that allows any student union to manage ticketing, memberships, shop, partnerships, and communication from a single interface — without any in-house developers.

The number one value proposition is the configurator: a student union can fully customize its app (logo, colors, modules) in under 5 minutes, without touching the code, and get a branded version for their institution deployed on the app stores in under 4 weeks. This is what an agency would charge €30,000 and 6 months for.

Beyond the code, I managed the entire product cycle: field user research, UX/UI design, visual identity, French copywriting, support, and commercial acquisition (12 student unions signed without fundraising or a sales team).

BDEASY is a production product, with real users paying to use it. Not a side project, not a prototype.

RECOLT'IQ is an agricultural management mobile application specialized in harvest tracking, which I designed and developed to replace the paper notebooks and improvised spreadsheets used by farmers. Today, the app is used by about fifty agricultural operators in production, who use it daily to record their harvests, track their yields plot by plot, and keep a reliable history of their season.

The context: many farmers still record their harvest data on paper or in unconsolidated Excel spreadsheets. No overview, no usable history, hours lost at the end of the season. RECOLT'IQ solves this problem with fast mobile data entry, usable directly in the field, even offline — because in the middle of a field, there is no network.

Beyond development, I led the product design in direct collaboration with the first user farmers: field interviews, rapid iterations on the data entry UX, continuous simplification. The result is an app that non-tech users adopt without training, because it was designed for their job — not just to look good in a demo.

RECOLT'IQ is in production, used by real farmers during their actual harvest season. Proof that I can deliver a robust mobile app for a demanding niche market, where the field does not forgive errors.
