In my work, I assist executives, legal departments, and directors in all high-risk situations they encounter in their daily activities, both preventively (compliance) and curatively, from crisis management to judgment.

I have particularly developed expertise in criminal defense in the areas of serious workplace accident management, illegal work, harassment, corruption, abuses, misappropriation, and financial and tax fraud within companies and local authorities.

Furthermore, I advise ETIs and large groups in the implementation of anti-corruption, Vigilance, and AML/CFT compliance programs (mapping, KYTP/KYC procedures, code of conduct, audits, whistleblowing procedures, guidelines, etc.) and conduct internal investigations (moral or sexual harassment, corruption, fraud, etc.).

I offer my clients an outsourced compliance officer function to implement or control procedures.
