After 3 years spent managing complex and international projects in a large French group, I am now putting my skills in business transformation at the service of SMEs and large groups. The advisory body that I have developed has enabled the group to rise to the forefront in terms of transforming working methods. I was able to lead more than a hundred workshops around the transformation for workers up to members of the COMEX, including all levels of management.

Noting that the understanding and adoption of digital tools, particularly in terms of communication and document organization, not only allowed for better productivity, but above all engendered a crucial cultural change in organizations.

With this experience and entrepreneurial projects, I propose, through digital acculturation, to support companies in their positive transformation projects. More than training in digital tools, my mission is to create an environment conducive to Change and Innovation through the promotion of new methods and forms of work.

I bring my expertise to the implementation, training and adoption of new methods and tools in order to develop the capacity for innovation, collaboration and agility.

I rely on the development of digital skills as a lever for transformation to promote strong collaboration and a "horizontalization" of the organization, facilitating collective intelligence.

Finally, I propose the implementation of monitoring to guarantee a constant increase in the skills of employees as well as the progressive addition of new concepts and techniques as the team develops and needs them.
