As the National Technical Director at the Mauritius Football Association (MFA), I oversee the structuring and implementation of the national football technical policy. My mission is to define and deploy a comprehensive development strategy aligned with international standards and sustainable performance objectives.

I work across the entire spectrum: youth football, coach education, talent identification and development, structuring national teams, and performance support. I design training models, technical content, and coaching methodologies applied at the national level.

I coordinate national technical staff, development hubs, and regional programs, ensuring the harmonization of practices and the structuring of player pathways from amateur to elite levels.

A key part of my role involves coach education through certification and on-field support programs, aiming to sustainably enhance the country's technical skill level.

I also act as a liaison with CAF, FIFA, and technical partners for development projects, audits, and international competitions.

Finally, I contribute to the transformation of the football system through governance, strategic planning, and cross-functional management of Mauritian football stakeholders.

As the Sports and Pedagogy Manager for the association "Sport dans la Ville," I was responsible for the design, management, and implementation of sports and educational programs for young people from priority neighborhoods.

My primary mission was to use sport as a tool for social inclusion and personal development, by structuring educational pathways that combined sports practice, skill acquisition, and educational support.

I was involved in structuring and running sports programs (football, multisports), ensuring their pedagogical coherence, the quality of supervision, and the achievement of educational objectives. I also participated in defining the pedagogical content and intervention methods used by educators on the ground.

I supervised and supported teams of sports educators, particularly in pedagogical, methodological, and relational aspects. This included continuous training, practice monitoring, and harmonization of educational approaches across different sites.

A significant part of my role focused on managing socio-sport projects in collaboration with institutional partners, local authorities, and employment stakeholders. I thus contributed to building structured frameworks around sport, education, and employability.

I was also involved in evaluating implemented actions, monitoring social impact indicators, and continuously improving programs.

Finally, my position combined a strong operational and strategic dimension, at the intersection of sport, pedagogy, and social inclusion, with the aim of promoting equal opportunities and youth integration through sport.

As a Regional Technical Officer for the Paris Île-de-France Football League, I was responsible for implementing federal technical policy in a dense and structured regional area, in direct contact with clubs, coaches, and departmental authorities.

My main mission was to support the development of amateur football by ensuring the coherence of training practices, improving the skills of coaches, and harmonizing pedagogical content across the entire region.

I was involved in coach education and the structuring of training pathways, particularly through leading technical sessions, monitoring clubs, and supporting local sports projects. I also played a central role in identifying and developing young talent, in conjunction with regional and federal programs.

I participated in the implementation of federal programs (development of youth football, women's football, and emerging practices), as well as the organization and monitoring of regional technical activities (camps, talent identification, training centers).

My role involved a strong consulting and support dimension for clubs, aiming to improve sports structuring, the quality of coaching, and player development.

Finally, I represented the League on the ground, liaising with local sports institutions, with a focus on territorial development, educational performance, and the sustainable structuring of amateur football.
