I have 8 years of experience in investment banking / private equity, which I spent alongside European startups and scale-ups to support them in their financing strategies (in Venture and Growth Capital).
I now support growing companies in their fundraising and in optimizing their financial functions (business plan, internal management and reporting tools, preparation of board meetings, etc.)
🔍 Experience
Before becoming a freelancer, I first worked for 5 years at KPMG Corporate Finance, in a team dedicated to supporting French startups in their seed and Series A fundraising rounds.
I then joined the Private Placements team at BNP Paribas CIB, which supports European scale-ups in their growth financing rounds (transactions between €50m and €500m). I notably supported Ÿnsect in their €160m Series D fundraising round.
I have had the pleasure of leading or playing a key role in the execution of numerous transactions, for companies operating in various sectors (circular economy, sustainable analytics, fintech, insuretech, energy transition, etc.) and with very different business models (asset-light / asset-heavy). These operations also allowed me to develop a very good network among French (and more broadly, European) investors.
