About Théo

A few years ago, I took the reins of internal communications for a major French retail brand. There, I discovered a paradox: while we competed with creativity to win over our customers, our internal messages – those intended for the people who bring the brand to life daily – often remained austere, impersonal, almost a Monday morning formality.

I quickly understood that this dissonance came at a high cost: lack of meaning, demotivation, turnover. So I took a gamble: apply the codes of external marketing to internal communications – storytelling, polished design, engaging videos, measurable data. The result: a sharply increased engagement rate, teams proud of their impact, and a company culture that finally breathed the same energy as our storefront campaigns.

But this approach wouldn't have been so effective if I hadn't also mastered the codes of external communication: branding, positioning, editorial identity, tone of voice, social media, multichannel campaigns… All skills I mobilized to make internal messages resonate with the same intensity as those intended for the public.

Building on this experience, I wanted to go further. I already mastered the technical levers – writing, design, video, generative AI – but above all, I was convinced that good internal communication could become a powerful business lever. So I launched myself as a freelancer under the commercial name Insidly: a studio-consulting service dedicated to those who want to transform every internal message into an engaging experience, without ever cutting the link with the brand's external image.

My promise: content that speaks to the heart and mind, a strategy tailored to your on-the-ground realities, and clear indicators to prove the impact – whether internal or external.
