My background is unconventional, and that's my strength: trained in cuisine (BEP, Bac Pro, BTS Hotel and Catering), I worked in demanding establishments like Georges Blanc (2★ Michelin), Le Martinez in Cannes, and the Accor group in England, before spending nearly 10 years as Maître d'hôtel/restaurant manager at La Chaumière (1★ Michelin). This experience gave me a keen understanding of customer experience, high-end service, and communication codes within the HCR and corporate worlds.
