Core For Tech is a company that fights against drowsiness at the wheel using various technical solutions.

I regularly contribute to the development of two applications:

- One is based on the use of a connected watch that collects the driver's heart rate and estimates their level of drowsiness

- The other is based on the detection of drowsiness clues on the face using a camera

An important challenge is, for example, to guarantee the continuity of data transfer for several hours, with applications often in the background. This situation leads to circumventing technical constraints on both Android, iOS or with the Bluetooth protocol.

The solutions are deployed to large companies (transport, logistics, insurance)

Bets Between Friends wants to make betting more fun and lively by offering an app dedicated to betting between friends. The application is linked to a store specializing in high-end products, including wines and champagnes directly from producers. Bets can also be free.

We worked with the project leaders during design workshops to clearly identify the functional and technical needs of the project. We designed a clear, intuitive application with neat interfaces, in accordance with the client's universe. The issues of ordering and delivery were at the heart of the project, in particular the problems of pre-payment and reimbursement of sums advanced to launch a bet (the players advance the costs of the product chosen for the bet and the winner is reimbursed for these costs and receives his winnings).

Regarding the technical stack, we decided to respect the constraints of an MVP and use the Prestashop API as support for what concerns the store.

The challenges of the project:

- Ensure effective communication between the Prestashop service and our API.

- Produce a smooth ordering tunnel despite third-party delivery and banking services

- Guarantee reliable banking transactions via the electronic wallet
