Certified yoga teacher trained in India and Nepal, I work with companies and associations to offer sessions that can include movement, conscious breathing, relaxation, and guided meditation. I help teams release work-related tension, calm their minds, and regain present moment awareness in their daily lives.

The yoga, meditation, relaxation, or breathing classes can be ongoing (weekly format) or offered occasionally (respiratory yoga day, QVT week, seminar, internal event). The practice promotes a more serene work environment within your team and better stress regulation for each individual.

The formats are flexible and adapt to your needs: for example, in the morning for revitalizing sessions, at noon for a moment of meditation, and at the end of the day for a time more focused on relaxation.
