Project Manager ‣ Preparation of support materials and facilitation of data committees with DCB business referents. ‣ Management of the project backlog and workload of the project team, in coordination with the Product Owner. ‣ Reporting projects carried out on the SAP Business Objects tool:

- Creation of a datamart related to the "Regulatory BdF" product: planning, data model, technical architecture, data feeds, consistency check module, governance, and reporting.

- Implementation of NII (Net Interest Income: 360-degree view of client products) and the calculation of interbank rates (or internal transfer pricing).

‣ "Potentiel Notaires" project: dashboards on the Tableau Software tool.

Assistant Project Owner ‣ Design and production monitoring in agile mode (Scrum and Kanban methods) as Scrum Master. ‣ Updating and creation of various deliverables: data dictionary, general specifications, needs expression.

‣ Business support (including BO user training), needs gathering, scoping, and acceptance testing.

Master 1 validation internship within the Directorate General of Local Authorities, @CTES project:

- writing needs expression and specifications;

- writing and execution of acceptance test cases;

- support to prefectures;

- writing operating procedures and user guides for the implementation of new functionalities.
