I am working with EGIS to create the 3D model of the various networks for an office renovation project.

I am currently involved in the design phase to model the HVAC, electrical (low and high voltage), and plumbing networks.

I am also responsible for coordinating the MEP model with the Architecture model.

Within the digital division of the Cyllene group, I was responsible for overseeing various projects for several accounts and for commercial development with these clients.

- Management and development of key accounts: client relationship management, preparation and animation of steering committees and project committees

- Participation in pre-sales and tender response processes

- Project monitoring: Drafting specifications, developing processes and progress indicators

- Cross-functional management: coordination with internal technical departments

Project management and monitoring of fiber optic deployment projects for SICTIAM (Territorial Collectivity) in the Alpes Maritimes.

Missions performed:

- Project management from commercial offer to acceptance and snag list resolution

- Management and supervision of internal teams and subcontractors

- Order processing and monitoring

- Implementation, phasing, and monitoring of Civil Engineering works (Co-contracting with Eurovia)

- Client and local authority relationship management throughout the project duration

- Collaboration with the design office to ensure plan conformity with field feedback
