New position created to structure and manage the administrative and financial function of a rapidly growing business services group (€8 million in turnover). My responsibilities cover the complete internalization of accounting, the implementation of management control (monthly monitoring, analytical profitability, cash flow forecasts), the structuring of internal processes, and debt collection. Daily point of contact with the external ecosystem (banks, accountants, payroll services, brokers, etc.).

Creation of a company selling seasoned seeds (snacks / toppings / appetizers). Simultaneously, freelance work for an Airbnb concierge service (All in Lyon).

Complete autonomous management of a portfolio of small businesses. Full responsibility for the accounting and tax cycle: from accounts review to the preparation of balance sheets, tax returns, and tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, CVAE). Primary contact for directors for daily accounting monitoring and tax issue resolution.
