Hired to accelerate the migration of the foundation websites from Drupal 7 to a modern version of Drupal.

- Migrate code and content of marketplace.eclipse.org from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9,

- Coordinate the go-live of the upgraded website with the OPS team, business stakeholders, and community,

- Improve frontend performance, increased lighthouse score from 79/100 to 97/100,

- Help define the infrastructure needs, configuration, and autoscaling configuration, based on Kubernetes/OKD,

- Mentor existing team members on Drupal 9 to raise their skills through code review and presentations.

Work in the Drupal open-source community full time as part of the Drupal Acceleration Team, with a focus on strategic initiatives such as:

- Co-lead of the decoupled menu initiative, defined the vision, scope, direction, milestones, and wrote code contributions, to ensure delivery of the project working in the open with community volunteers,

- Participate in initiatives such as Drupal 10 readiness, CKEditor 5, many JavaScript improvements,

- Contribute as a core committer for Drupal core JS packages, committing patches, and making extensive and in-depth code reviews.
