Finance Engineer (ECE Paris) with a Specialized Master's degree from TBS, AMF certified, I support SME executives, startup founders, and project leaders with their specific financial analysis and modeling needs.

What I can bring concretely:

- Financial modeling on Excel: business plans, project finance models, LBO modeling, debt structuring, sensitivity and stress tests.

- Business valuation: DCF (FCFF, FCFE), stock and transaction multiples, selection and deleveraging of comparable panels, WACC construction.

- Financial analysis: reading and critiquing accounts, ratios, earnings quality, balance sheet structuring, identifying strengths and weaknesses of a business model.

- Methodological notes and summaries: drafting structured notes for management, committees, or boards (target presentation, investment opportunity, market analysis).
