Théo Caillon

Passionate about image, music, and the creation of universes and atmospheres, I first discovered audiovisual through the spontaneous creation of fiction, music videos, and documentaries.

I then specialized in technical aspects, particularly around the camera and the science of image, which I have deepened over time and continue to rediscover. I also have very solid knowledge of electricity and rigging.

Graduating with a baccalaureate in audiovisual and literature with a specialization in cinema-audiovisual in 2018, I then wanted to put my learning into practice directly. I dedicated the last three years to learning the workings of professional life and audiovisual on the ground and in teams, through a civic service as a technical supervisor in a high school, as well as on professional or amateur shoots.

I then worked full-time for 2 years as an audiovisual technician in a rental company in Paris, but eager for projects and more artistic-focused practice, I moved towards self-employment or intermittent status, which for me are opportunities to carry out more exciting audiovisual projects. I enjoy working as a technician on large projects such as "L'Attachement" by Karine Tardieu or "Dis-moi juste que tu m'aimes" by Anne Le Ny, but also as a director on my film "Steak".
