Context — Agicap is a scale-up that maintains a leading treasury management application in Europe, used by thousands of SMEs and mid-sized companies.

Mission — I contribute to the development and evolution of a part that interfaces between several teams (data on one side and consumption on the other) in the platform's back-end core. My scope covers the design of new business features, the redesign of existing modules for performance and scalability gains, as well as code quality (code review, testing, documentation).

Stack & Practices — C#, .NET, REST API, DDD architecture, unit and acceptance tests, CI/CD, pair code reviews, mob programming.

What I bring — My technical experience, my diverse perspectives, and my interpersonal skills allow me to provide what my scope needs in its daily operations. Furthermore, over the last 6 months, thanks to my developing communication skills, my role has also evolved to be more of an interface with other teams (Support/Infra/Data/API Consumers) and to organize brainstorming sessions so the team can be proactive in proposing solutions. I have also been able to propose several profiles sought by the company as well as quite a few legacy system redesigns. Finally, initially very focused on the backend, I have relieved the cross-functional front-end teams by taking charge of the front-end for our scope when necessary.

Since the implementation of Claude AI, I have been developing my expertise in using AI tools for code and business problem analysis. My experience allows me to have a critical perspective on the proposals of these tools and to challenge them during my usage.

Continuous freelance activity for 9 years, conducted in parallel with my salaried positions, serving various clients — SMEs, Web Agencies, Influencers, Collectives, etc.

What I do for my clients:

Technical consulting and support — audit of existing systems, architecture choices, product scoping assistance, technical arbitration, stack recommendations.

Development on frameworks — creation and evolution of custom business solutions in PHP (Symfony, Laravel) and C#/.NET, with particular attention to code quality and deliverable longevity.

Building and managing freelance teams — depending on the project's scope, I assemble a collective of freelancers (front-end, back-end, design...) whom I coordinate during my assignment.

Project management and planning — milestone tracking, communication, relationship building....

Recurring mission typologies: website redesigns, creation of custom internal management back-offices, development of REST APIs for mobile applications, integration with ERP/CRM, or other software (Twitch API, Social media APIs, etc.).

Context — Wingly is a European platform for sharing private flights (air travel cost-sharing) between pilots and passengers.

Mission — As a Developer, I joined the technical team on the web platform: leading product developments on the dev side, architecture decisions, code reviews, and daily team support.

Technical Scope — Laravel back-end with DDD architecture, REST API, MySQL database, HTML/CSS front-end, and third-party integrations (payment, e-mailing).

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritization and technical scoping of developments with the Product Manager.

Code review and improvement of the existing code base quality.

Liaison between the technical team and other stakeholders (product, ops, management).
