Redesign of the admin dashboard from the discovery phase to the mockups. Conducted user interviews and needs analysis. Contributed to the design system following a visual identity evolution. Collaborated with PM and developers. Designed and developed a booking platform for sports and cultural events on Framer.

Project in partnership with the municipality of Tramayes.

Set up a central kitchen for the town's schools and nursing homes at the request of the municipality: rural area visit, field survey, and understanding of the challenges. Conducted user interviews and wrote a feasibility report.

Designed a resilience hub, a shared space intended to address challenges before, during, and after a crisis. Analyzed user needs, mapped journeys and interactions, created service blueprints, and designed solutions to optimize flow management.
