Leadership and management of improvement projects (Service Improvement) with 14 different teams with the aim of continuous improvement of technology services. Process mapping, conducting and supporting workshops (IOW = Improving Our Work) to optimize, automate, and improve IT corporate processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Rebuilding and standardizing the typologies and root causes of the company's service catalog.

Leadership and management of operational committees with business and IT areas. Construction of the schedule and updating of project documentation: opening statement, scope statement, schedule update, risk/quality plan, change requests, RACI matrix, and closing statement. Control and update of project costs. Moderator between internal and external areas (IT, BI, HR, suppliers, Processes, and PMO). Preparation of executive presentations for Management Committees, Executives, and Strategic Planning.
