Responsible for a portfolio of SMEs/mid-sized companies across various sectors to support them in their projects: Analysis, structuring financing files, monitoring outstanding amounts. Development and monitoring of company portfolios: prospecting and commercial actions. Promoting all Bpifrance products (synergy between different internal business lines). Animation of partner networks (banks, accountants, regional, public organizations): regional and national events, trade shows... Data for 2024: 123 meetings - €23M financing granted - 32 files approved, including 25 for prospects - Participation in 15 professional events with various partners - Commercialization of 26 products from other internal business lines.

Counter-guarantee files (SMEs) and financing files (SMEs < €3M turnover): Study reports (financial, economic, project feasibility, guarantees...). Synergies with other BPIFRANCE business lines (Files processed, promotion of other BPIFRANCE products). Prospecting, commercial actions, and client portfolio management: Direct relationship with clients, region, and partners (banks and others), participation in events (approx. 10 per year).

Management of Innovation client portfolio (Start-ups - SMEs): Follow-up, audit, advice, and contract renegotiation - Verification of the conformity of elements - Administrative and financial closure of innovation programs (disbursement, validation, and archiving).
